Why do refunds take up to 8 working days to reflect in my bank?

8 working days is the maximum length that we have been notified that a refund should take. The reason for this is due to the complex interactions between the payment gateways and banks to prevent money laundering and fraud. Numerous checks and reporting actions on each transaction have to be undertaken to ensure that it is not logged as a fraudulent transaction.
