When there is a failure/problem on a trip, the Train Manager, as well as the Operations Manager are in constant contact with the relevant entity. This guides decisions made on the way forward for a specific trip. If the matter can be handled after a trip, it is put into the daily Train Manager’s report and sent to the relevant departments for action.
